Canada: Manitoba Under State of Emergency as Wildfires Force Thousands to Evacuate

Manitoba declared a state of emergency and urged thousands of people in northern and eastern parts of the province to evacuate as wildfires continue to threaten communities across the province.  This video, recorded on Tuesday night, shows the raging fire in Sheridon.
