Shibutani wins first nat'l table tennis singles title

TOKYO, Japan - Doubles specialist Hiroshi Shibutani, 32, wins his first singles title in 17 attempts at Tokyo Budokan on Dec. 26 as he came from behind to defeat Seiko Iseki in the men's final of the national table tennis championships.
