MUKOJIMA SHIRAHIGE shrine

Worshipping one of the seven Gods of Fortune of Sumida, the Jurojin. This temple originates from the legend that Jikei Taishi invited the Shirahigue Daimyojin from Shigagun of the country of Omi in 951. It is the guardian of Terashimacho. The deity worshipped is Sarutahikogami.
