Vodafone to promote shift to 3G mobile phone handsets

TOKYO, Japan - Vodafone K.K. President Shiro Tsuda speaks at his office in Tokyo on Dec. 22. Morrow to lead Japan unit of Vodafone

NTT DoCoMo to promote Tsuda to president
