Actor Ishida arrested over cannabis possession

OSAKA, Japan - Issei Ishida, the 26-year-old actor and singer seen in a file photo, is arrested by law enforcement authorities in Osaka on Aug. 20 on suspicion of possessing two grams of cannabis resin. Ishida, whose real name is Issei Hoshikawa, was found in possession of the drugs in Chuo Ward, Osaka, where he has been staying to perform the lead role in a play at the Shochikuza theater.
