Japan: Intense Torrential Rain Causes Flash Flooding In Tokyo 5

Heavy rainfall hit the Tokyo metropolitan area on Wednesday, August 21 causing flash flooding on streets and underground. Train services were disrupted during evening rush hour due to the rain. Videos posted on social media shows streets flooded like a river and water falling from ceilings like a waterfall inside stations across the city.
