Top N. Korean defector willing to testify in Japan

TOKYO, Japan - Hwang Jang Yop (L), a top-ranking North Korean official who defected to South Korea in 1997, poses for a photo in Seoul on June 14 with Japanese opposition lawmaker Shu Watanabe.
