OSAKA, Japan - Photo shows the Oct. 26, 2012, edition of the weekly magazine Shukan Asahi, published on Oct. 16, 2012, containing a story about Osaka Mayor Toru Hashimoto, head of the political party Nippon Ishin no Kai, with an unflattering portrait of the politician.
