BEIJING, China - Anthony Banbury, World Food Program Asia regional director, appeals for emergency food and medical aid for victims of North Korea's railway blast in Beijing April 27. Banbury and five other WFP officials visited the Provincial People's Hospital of Pyongan in Siniuju, where 360 of the most severely injured people were being treated.
