The Sirocco Blow from the Libyan desert affected Tunisia and some southern European countries from south to north. The highest temperature forecast in Tunis on Saturday rose to 42 degrees Celsius, which was 7-12 degrees higher than the average temperature during the same period. Affected by the heat waves, very few pedestrians and traffic were seen on the road and some restaurants and shops were also closed.
