FUCHU, Japan - Sixth pick Success Brocken (15) upstages top favorite Kane Hekili at Tokyo Racecourse in Fuchu, western Tokyo on Feb. 22 to win the February Stakes, the first Grade One event of the year in Japanese horse racing. Victory for Success Brocken was worth 94 million yen in prize money and returned 2,060 yen on a 100 yen bet.
