TOKYO, Japan - Oshadi Thilakarathna, an 11 year-old Sri Lankan girl, has a dream of competing in the 2018 Winter Olympic Games as a ski jumper after seeing Noriaki Sakai's performances at the Sochi Winter Olympics, and Japanese supporters have begun collecting donations via cloud funding to help her.
