China: Chubby Cat Squeezes Into Bag, Becomes a “Pillow”

On December 9, 2025, in Henan, located in central China’s Henan province, a video captured a chubby cat squeezing into a white transparent non-woven bag. China: Mysterious Cloud Spotted Over Sky Of Jinan, Shandong

This is the unusual moment that a perfectly rectangular "bilayer cloud" floating solo in a clear sky, resembling a "placed" object. On November 26, 2024, in Jinan, Shandong, the video clearly showed the cloud’s edges sharply defined against the backdrop of blue, sparking intrigue and speculation. Experts suggested that the shape might have been due to the contrails of a high-speed aircraft. When aviation fuel, primarily composed of hydrocarbons, burned, the hydrogen in the fuel combined with oxygen to form water vapor. This vapor rapidly condensed into ice crystals in the cold upper atmosphere, creating a streaking effect that from the ground appeared smooth and thread-like. While the exact cause was still a topic of discussion, it left a lasting impression on those who saw it.

Webb Reveals Sombrero Galaxy's Hidden Details

Handout photo dated November 25, 2024 shows the view of the famous Sombrero Galaxy in mid-infrared light (top) and visible light (bottom). The James Webb Space Telescope’s MIRI (Mid-Infrared Instrument) reveals the smooth inner disk of the galaxy, while the Hubble Space Telescope’s visible-light image shows the large and extended glow of the central bulge of stars. NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope captures the Sombrero Galaxy (Messier 104) in stunning mid-infrared detail. This oblong galaxy, named for its resemblance to a wide-brimmed hat, reveals intricate clumps of dust along its outer ring, illuminated in shades of blue and white. Speckles of stars scatter its inner disk, while distant galaxies dot the black cosmic canvas in the background. The new image, taken with Webb's MIRI instrument, offers unprecedented insight into the galaxy’s structure and the faint traces of young star-forming regions. November 25, 2024. Launched in May 2014, the China-Kazakhstan (Lianyungang) Logistics Cooperation Base is the first entity project inaugurated under the Belt and Road Initiative. It acts as the only departure port for Kazakhstan's grain transit in China and an important dry port for landlocked Central Asian countries. The base has ensured smooth flows of freight across the Eurasian continent and has become an important platform for products from Central Asian countries to reach seaports. The Lianyungang freight train services cover major destinations throughout Central Asia, transporting more than 400 categories of goods such as household appliances, pharmaceuticals and construction materials. The base has become a pivotal cross-border transportation hub between Asia and Europe. Photo by Xinhu
