Rickshaw service in disaster-hit Yamada

YAMADA, Japan - Sojiro Okazakiya carries children on a rickshaw in the town of Yamada, Iwate Prefecture, an area devastated by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami disaster, on May 5, 2011, the Children's Day holiday. Okazakiya, who usually provides his service in Tokyo's Asakusa district, brought the rickshaw to the area to encourage children affected by the disaster. (Kyodo)
