US: Plane with “Mess With Texas” Banner Flies Over Blue States

On Monday, August 4, several planes flew over the capitals of blue states, including Albany, New York; Springfield, Illinois; and Annapolis, Maryland, displaying a banner that read "Mess with Texas." The message appeared to reference an ongoing redistricting fight in Texas, where Republicans are advocating for a rare mid-decade redistricting plan.
