YOKOSUKA, Japan - The U.S. destroyer O'Brien is seen sailing off Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, on Nov. 21 on its way to its home port in Yokosuka. The 8,040-ton Spruance class destroyer ended a five-month tour in the Persian Gulf during which it took part in the attacks on Afghanistan.
