Japanese troops set up PKO base in E. Timor

SUAI, East Timor - Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force troops work to set up their base for U.N. peacekeeping operations in Suai, East Timor, on March 28. The Japanese contingent is scheduled to take over operations from a Pakistani team in mid-April.
