Japan: Cold Front Brings Heavy Snow, Weather Warnings to Northern Region 2

A strong cold front moved into northern Japan, bringing heavy snow. The Japan Meteorological Agency issued a weather warning for some areas, including Hokkaido and Aomori on Tuesday, November 18.
