TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows Funassyi's authorized version receiving a certificate as a special recruiter of police officers in Chiba in April 2014. A mimic version of the popular mascot character Funassyi, unofficially promoting Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture, made an appearance at an event in Takasago, Hyogo Prefecture, on June 1.
