Univ. professor issues book on U.S. nuclear tests in South Pacific

Seiichiro Takemine, associate professor of sociology at Meisei University, holds his latest book "Marshall Islands: Surviving Lasting Nuclear Damage" in Tokyo on March 19, 2015.
