Trial of Livedoor's Horie to begin Sept. 4

TOKYO, Japan - The Tokyo District Court decided Aug. 18 to begin the trial of former Livedoor Co. President Takufumi Horie (file photo) Sept. 4 over alleged securities law violations, with a total of 26 hearings scheduled to be held by Nov. 28, sources familiar with the case said. (Kyodo)
