TOKYO, Japan - Top household product maker Kao Corp. said April 12 it has decided to promote board member Motoki Ozaki to president June 29, replacing Takuya Goto. Ozaki, 54, will serve concurrently as chief executive officer (CEO) with the rights to represent the company, while Goto, 63, will become chairman of the board of directors without the right of representation, Kao said.
