UFJ, Mitsubishi Tokyo ink basic accord to merge Oct. 1, 2005

TOKYO, Japan - UFJ Holdings Inc. President Ryosuke Tanmakoshi (L) and Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group Inc.
