Bicycles banned from Osaka shopping mall for safety

OSAKA, Japan - Shop representatives and police officers parade through Osaka's famous Tenjinbashisuji mall on Jan. 31, 2014, handing out fliers to announce the start of a ban on bicycles from entering almost all parts of the 2.6-kilometer shopping arcade as a measure to ensure shoppers' safety.
