YONAGO, Japan - During the opening day of the 13th International Comic Artist Conference in Yonago, Tottori Prefecture, Japanese manga artists Tetsuya Chiba (R) and Machiko Satonaka stand in front of their messages celebrating the reopening on Nov. 17 of the Ishinomaki Mangattan Museum in Miyagi Prefecture.
