China's New Talents Going Global Program, sponsored by China Film Foundation Wu Tianming Film Fund, aims to provide platforms for China's new filmmaking talents to communicate and cooperate with international filmmakers. Chinese film director Ning Hao said he hopes that Chinese young filmmakers could learn more at international film festivals. In recent years, the global film market has seen an increase of Chinese films presented at international film festivals, as well as increased cross-border partnerships between Chinese and international filmmakers.
