US: Blizzard Conditions Reduce Visibility as Winter Storm Batters Minnesota 2

A major winter storm swept through the Midwest on Sunday, December 28, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a blizzard warning for several states. As strong winds whipped across Minnesota, roads were blanketed with snow and visibility was severely reduced.
