FUKUSHIMA, Japan - Combined photos show heads of five municipalities in Fukushima Prefecture affected by the ongoing nuclear crisis -- (from L) Mayor Takashi Kusano of the town of Naraha, Minamisoma Mayor Katsunobu Sakurai, Mayor Motohoshi Yamada of the town of Hirono, Tamura Mayor Yukei Tomitsuka and Mayor Yuko Endo of the village of Kawauchi. They have expressed their concerns in interviews over the government's plan to lift its evacuation advisory by the end of September 2011.
