China: Fish Jumps From Boiling Pot, Topples Stove in Jiangsu

A video shot on January 27, 2025, in Jiangsu captured the shocking moment when a fish, already placed in boiling water, suddenly sprang to life and jumped out of the pot. Its sudden movements were so strong that the pot tipped off the stove. A man quickly grabbed the lid and tried to cover the fish to prevent further chaos.

The filmer described how he was driving down the road when he happened to encounter strong convective weather.
