Japanese referees recall experiences at 2014 World Cup

Japan's Nishimura to ref opening game of World Cup

TOKYO, Japan - In this file photo taken in January, 2014, in Tokyo, three Japanese soccer referees -- (from L to right) Toshiyuki Nagi, Yuichi Nishimura and Toru Sagara pose for photos. Soccer's World governing body FIFA announced on June 10 that Nishimura will referee the opening match of the World Cup between host Brazil and Croatia on June 12 while compatriots Nagi and Sagara will assist him.
