Japanese arrested in Philippines over fake yen bills

MANILA, Philippines - A Philippine police officer holds one of fake Japanese yen bills Sept. 26 as Toshiharu Mitsui (C), arrested on suspicion of being behind the circulation of the fake notes stands by. The police seized from Mitsui himself 24 fake 10,000 yen bills bearing the same serial number, and found another 300 fake 10,000 yen bills with the same serial number in his hotel room.
