Storm Bert battered Britain and Ireland on Saturday, November 23, bringing heavy rain, power outages, traffic disruptions, and severe flooding to multiple regions. As numerous flood warnings and alerts remained in place across the UK on Monday, at least five deaths have been reported in England and Wales.
