Entitled "Beauty Without Borders," the exhibition was jointly presented by two female artists, including Chang Meijuan from China and Tsegmid Soyolmaa from Mongolia. The cooperation of artists aimed to enhance cultural exchanges between the two countries. A total of 24 pieces of paintings featuring the beauty of either flowers or ladies were on display. ULAN BATOR, Mongolia - Tsegmid Sukhbaatar, a director general-level official in charge of power and energy management at Mongolia's Infrastructure Ministry, told Kyodo News in Ulan Bator on Aug. 29 he had never received bribes from Japanese trading house Mitsui & Co. in connection with a Japanese government-financed power project.
