Japan: Storm System Brings Intense Lightning to Southwestern Region

The Japan Meteorological Agency issued weather alerts for Nagasaki and Kumamoto Prefectures in southwestern Japan on Wednesday, September 10, as a Linear Precipitation Band brought severe downpour to the area.
