Tokyo metropolitan gov't gives license to street performers

TOKYO, Japan - Hirofumi Tsubomoto performs acrobatics during an event in front of the head office building of the Tokyo metropolitan government in Tokyo's Shinjuku Ward on July 30. The metropolitan government held the event to screen street performers for issuing them licenses to perform at public spaces such as parks and subway stations.
