FUKUSHIMA, Japan - A woman promotes ''Ten no Ttsubu,'' an original brand rice of Fukushima Prefecture, at a supermarket in the city of Fukushima on Nov. 8, 2011. The new brand was launched the same day after 15 years of development by the prefecture.
