Canada: Tornado Touches Down in Saskatchewan as Devastating Storms Batter Region

Devastating thunderstorms, including at least one reported tornado, tore through southeastern Saskatchewan on Tuesday night, June 9, causing significant damage in the Oxbow area. Environment Canada said golf ball-sized hail struck the Regina area, while wind gusts of up to 85 km/h were reported near Estevan and Yorkton. Footage shared on social meda shows what appears to be a cone-shaped funnel cloud and a tornado touching down near Oxbow.
