Japan: Heavy Rain Triggers Riverbank Slope Collapse in Nagoya

Torrential rain pounded Japan's Tokai region, including Aichi and Gifu prefectures, on Tuesday afternoon, September 8, flooding roads and damaging homes and businesses across the area. A slope collapse was also reported along the Ueda River in Nagoya.
