SKYPerfecTV to take over DirecTV's subscribers

TOKYO, Japan - Hajime Unoki (R), president of Japan Digital Broadcasting Services Inc., operator of SKYPerfecTV satellite television, and Larry Hunter (L), president of DirecTV Japan Inc., shake hands after announcing an agreement that Japan Digital Broadcasting will take over the subscriber base of its rival DirecTV.
