Akita governor visits Russia Maritime Province official

VLADIVOSTOK, Russia - Governor Norihisa Satake (R) of Akita Prefecture, northeastern Japan, poses with Vassily Usoltsev, first vice governor of Russia's Maritime Province, after their talks in the Far Eastern Russian city of Vladivostok on Nov. 12, 2014.
