Barcelona is on high alert as Storm Nils lashes the city with hurricane-force gusts. After peak winds of 105 km/h at the Port, authorities activated the maximum emergency plan for wind. The storm has forced the closure of all public parks and suspended several rail services this Thursday, February 12.
