Music festival held in Hanoi to mark Japan-Vietnam diplomatic tie

HANOI, Vietnam - Japanese singer Ryotaro Sugi (2nd from R) joins other Japanese and Vietnamese artists to perform at a music festival held at the Vietnamese National Assembly on May 24 as part of events to mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Japan and Vietnam.
