Mexico: Flooding Continues in Nezahualcóyotl After Record Rains

Intense rains on Saturday, September 27 triggered severe flooding in Nezahualcóyotl, where four neighborhoods remained submerged for over 48 hours, inundated with sewage, garbage, and stagnant water as of Monday.
