The fifth respirator production line from Taiwan, which, unlike the previous four, is the Taiwanese cabinet's gift to the Czech cabinet has arrived in Zlin, Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Martina Tauberova tweeted today, on Friday, February 19, 2021. Taipei promised to supply five respirator production lines to Czechia after last September's Taiwanese trip by Czech Senate chairman Milos Vystrcil (opposition Civic Democrats, ODS). The Vystrcil-led Senate delegation's visit to Taiwan was disliked by China, which considers Taiwan its province. The respirator production line, which Taiwan donated to the Czech Republic, arrived in Zlin today...Thanks to the gift, our Technical and Testing Building Institute (TZUS), in cooperation with the Spur company, will secure the production of certified FFP2 respirators, Tauberova wrote.
