Japanese PR expert to be honored by H.K. gov't

HONG KONG - Japanese public relations expert Suzie Setsuko Wakai will on Oct. 13 become the first Japanese to be honored by the Hong Kong government since Hong Kong returned to Chinese rule in July 1997. She has been named for a Medal of Honor in recognition of her work for a charitable organization and for promoting participation in Japanese community affairs in Hong Kong.
