Honda unveils cleverer, more agile ASIMO robot

TOKYO, Japan - An all-new ASIMO humanoid robot, unveiled by Honda Motor Co. on Nov. 8, 2011, pours a drink into a paper cup from a bottle after opening its lid, in a demonstration in Wako, Saitama Prefecture, near Tokyo, the same day. Honda said the new ASIMO can run faster, perform tasks with greater dexterity and autonomously determine its next moves.
