UK: Major Fire Breaks Out at Recycling Plant in Widnes

A major incident declared following a huge fire at a recycling plant in Widnes on Monday, June 22, has been stood down. More than 450 tonnes of cardboard burned, causing multiple explosions, while smoke was visible for miles.
