DOHA, Qatar - Willem Wijnstekers, secretary general of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, addresses a conference of the parties in Doha on March 13, 2010. A major issue at the conference is a proposed ban on all cross-border trade in bluefin tuna from the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea.
