US: Powerful Atmospheric River Brings Major Flood Threat to California 3

A powerful atmospheric river slammed California, bringing heavy rainfall and strong winds that elevated the flash flood threat to Level 3. Evacuation warnings have been issued for vulnerable areas near recent burn scars from wildfires, as the storm is expected to bring several months' worth of rain in the span of just a few days.
