Yacht enthusiasts mount Lake Biwa protest rally

OTSU, Japan - Yachting enthusiasts mount a rally at Lake Biwa, Japan's largest lake, in Shiga Prefecture on Dec. 6, 2009, protesting a recent announcement by the local government to suspend the operation of a loss-making yacht harbor on the lake. Some 300 people sailing some 150 yachts took part in the rally showing banners that read ''Keep up the yacht harbor!''
